Job summary :

QA Leads are responsible for creating and implementing a strategy for

quality coordination and testing as well as suggesting solutions to

identified quality problems. They will lead both manual and automated

testing as well as document and enforce quality assurance processes.

Responsabilities:

o 5+ years of experience in quality assurance and QA automation,

preferably;

o Experience in managing a QA team of at least three people for 3+ years;

o Deep knowledge of the test principles, methods and testing tools;

o Big passion for creating test plans, test cases and checklists;

o Great experience in testing API, End-to-end;

o Experience in managing tasks (business features) from entering the

analysis to release to the production environment;

o Strong analytical skills;

o Excellent verbal/written communication and strong attention to detail;

Multitasking across different projects and adapting to the changes

quickly;

o Upper-intermediate or higher level of English.

Requirements and skills :

➢ 5+ years of experience in quality assurance and QA automation

➢ Experience in managing a QA team of at least three people for 3+ years.

➢ Proficient in the English language with excellent written and verbal

communication skills, as English is the primary language for internal and

external communications.

➢ Deep knowledge of the test principles, methods and testing tools.
