Remote Senior Tax Accountant

90-110k+Bonus

EST or Central Time Zone Based

Liberty Personnel is working with a growing global manufacturer who operate in the clean energy, chemical & gas markets. They are expanding their corporate tax team after an acquisition and are looking for a talented Senior Tax Accountant to focus on their global tax provision.

Responsibilities:

• Work with Manager to prepare global consolidated tax provision
• Prepare uncertain tax positions, valuation allowance, balance sheet calculations, and additional items
• Prepare tax account reconciliations
• Maintain tax controls for SOX compliance
• Coordinate with external tax advisors
• Assist with global tax strategy and tax forecasting
• Interact with corporate accounting, financial reporting, tax department and external support staff.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 2+ years of Big 4 or National Firm experience
• ASC 740 and federal, state income tax experience
• Global income tax provisions experience
• Candidates need to be located in EST or CST
• OneSource experience is a plus
• CPA is a plus
