The B2B Team’s main mission is to provide users with a maximum of available merchants and offers on the app.

On one side, the Sales Team is in charge of getting in touch with new merchants and affiliate platforms.

On the other side, the Account Management Team creates and manages long-lasting relationships with our partners.

Led by Nicolas, our CRO, they are a vibrant team with unstoppable energy!

🎯 What You Will Do

As Online Account Strategist Intern, your main mission will be to help the online team grow the affiliate business of Joko in France and help expand internationally. You will report to the Online Business Manager in charge of the online and affiliate activity.

Your responsibilities:

  • Data analysis: Ensure close monitoring of the online business and analyze the performances of our partners’ offers closely with the different teams. Build Metabase dashboards to support the online team in different analyses (performances, market insights, CRM, etc.)

  • Operations: Make sure that all users are having the best experience with online offers and monitor bugs and issue closely. Build processes and monitoring dashboard to ensure a smooth run of the online activity

  • Account management: Develop and manage a portfolio of partners displaying offers on Joko.

  • Education: You are enrolled in a top engineering or business school (or equivalent).

  • Experience: You are looking for a 6-month internship and have at least 6 months of experience.

  • Problem solver: You are pragmatic and know how to solve problems quickly.

  • Mindset: You have an entrepreneurial mindset, you like challenges and you like getting hands-on.

  • Autonomy: You are fully autonomous and able to manage complex projects from A to Z.

  • Attention to details: You know that the devil is in the details, and you have a talent for spotting flaws when there are.

  • Communication: You have strong written and verbal communication skills, and you are able to explain something complex with simple words.

  • Languages: You have to be a fluent-French speaker, but also at ease in English both written and spoken, as we are expanding internationally soon.
