Job description

Hi! We’re looking for skilled JAVA Engineers who will join this exciting FinTech team in their new Polish office on a quest to redefine the world of global payments . Our client is a multinational UK based FinTech priding itself on delivering state of the art payment solutions for ecommerce businesees. This highly successful startup has been trusted with multi million $ investments by some of the most renowned VCs and angel investors.

You will most likely land the job if you have the following skills & experience:

proficiency in JAVA (including data structures and algorithms)
experience in Spring Boot, Spring Cloud & WebFlux or other reactive frameworks
designing, developing & deploying API-first cloud-native systems
1st hand experience with the 12 Factor App methodology
some cloud experience (ideally in AWS using Kubernetes with AgroCD)
some experience in Payments or FinTech
good English (ideally B2/C1)

Your Responsibilities Will Include

driving technical discussions regarding the back-end logic
writing awesome code & shaping the future of this payment game-changer
actively guiding architecture and having a say on which tools to choose
ensuring internal technical quality
demonstrating intellectual curiosity and creating an environment of psychological safety where everyone feels comfortable

What You Can Expect In Return

base monthly salary - PLN 19.000 - 33.000 (depending on experience and capability)
