Upwork Expert and Mentor

Fud, the world's first social hustling community, is seeking an Upwork Expert and Mentor to join our community. As an Upwork Expert and Mentor, you will be responsible for mentoring and coaching our community members on how to maximize their earnings through the Upwork platform. The ideal candidate will have a background in professional training and coaching, as well as a strong understanding of the Upwork platform and its various features.

Fud is a platform that helps freelancers, entrepreneurs, and hustlers of all kinds find the know-how they need to take action and put more money in their pockets. Our community is made up of individuals who are committed to taking their careers to the next level, and we are looking for someone who shares our drive and passion.

You will join a community focused on side hustles, including:

• Content Creator — YouTube, TikTok, or Instagram
• Reselling and Thrifting — including eBay, Etsy, Mercari, Poshmark, and others
• E-Commerce — including Amazon, Shopify, and your own online store
• Gig Economy — like DoorDash, Uber, or Lyft
• Freelancing and Consulting — social media marketing, graphic design, and more
• Online Business — including blogging, podcasting, and online courses
• Local Services — including cleaning, knife sharpening, notary services, pet waste removal, and more
• Self-Publishing — including Kindle Direct Publishing and Canva

Responsibilities

• Mentor and coach community members on how to maximize their earnings on Upwork
• Help Fud team members develop winning proposals and submit them to potential clients
• Conduct research and analysis on the Upwork platform to identify trends and opportunities
• Engage with the Fud community to answer questions and provide support

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience using the Upwork platform
• Proven track record of success on Upwork, with a portfolio of completed projects and positive reviews from clients
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in professional training and coaching
• High level of initiative and positive approach
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable with using social media and other digital tools
• A willingness to share know-how through video, livestreaming, and text content
• Passion for innovation and entrepreneurship
