Qualifications:

Higher education or being in the final year of studies (preferably in a biological or related field), Proficiency in English at B1 level, Familiarity with MS Office and Google Tools.

Key responsabilities:

  • Handling and updating data in the SIP system
  • Providing technical support to employees on SIP matters
  • Preparing SUSARs for ethical committees within specified timelines
  • Uploading patient consents to the iCover system

Asystent/-ka ds. wsparcia SIP

1/2 etatu

Lokalizacja: Warszawa Mokotów (praca zdalna)

Czym będziesz się zajmować?

  • Obsługą i aktualizacją danych w systemie SIP
  • wsparciem technicznym pracowników w zakresie SIP
  • składaniem SUSARs do komisji bioetycznych zgodnie z wyznaczonymi ramami czasowymi
  • ładowaniem zgód dla pacjentów do systemu iCover

Szukamy Osoby, Która

  • posiada wykształcenie wyższe lub jest na ostatnim roku studiów (mile widziane biologiczne lub pokrewne)
  • zna język angielski na poziomie B1
  • zna programy pakietu MS Office oraz Google Tools
  • jest odpowiedzialna, sumienna, terminowa
  • jest proaktywna i samodzielnie szuka rozwiązań
  • szybko się uczy i jest zmotywowana do pracy
