In less than 3 years, they have built communities in over 65 cities and organized games for more than 60,000 people. They are backed by some of the top investors in the United States, and they have been able to quadruple the company's revenue each year.

Within a 5-year timeframe, they aim to become the go-to platform for sports worldwide, expanding their presence across Europe, APAC, and LATAM.

We're looking for:

Startup-minded people that will launch and develop new markets into $1m annual revenue businesses over the next few years. As a Senior Business Development Manager you will design and execute on growth plans for your markets. You will be responsible for the end to end quality of the marketing, finances, and operations within your market.

  • Previous start-up or management experience 3+ years experience in commercial roles.
  • Excellent spoken and written English (Advanced level)
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Law or Industrial Engineering (preferred)

What you'll do:

You will be (remotely) building sports communities in the US, Canada or Europe.

  • Build relationships and negotiate with facility managers
  • Onboard/manage hosts who ensure quality of the games
  • Implement marketing strategies to consistently bring in new players
  • Own and ensure the growth of the revenue and profit of your market
  • Lead company side projects such as paid ads, SEO, SEM, and operations optimization
