Qualifications:
Applicants need 5 years of clinical experience either in flight nursing or flight paramedics, or as an RN or EMT-P with a strong knowledge of aviation physiology. Those focusing on maritime education should have previous critical care or ER expertise along with maritime experience. A minimum of 5 years of adult medical educator experience is also required. A current unrestricted RN or EMT-P license along with BLS Instructor certification is mandatory..
Key responsabilities:
- Deliver training programs to clients as directed by Education Services, provide instructional support, and participate in planning and conducting instructors' orientation programs as required. Test and evaluate students' progress and report the effectiveness of the instruction. Contribute to quality initiatives, represent the company at conferences, and follow confidentiality regulations when dealing with client information.
