Job description

Mundipharma Australia is currently recruiting for an experienced, self-motivated Hospital/Specialist Representative to join our specialty care team. Reporting to our Southern Sales Manager, this role is based in Victoria with territory covering primarily Bayside, Peninsula, and requires quarterly travel to Tasmania. 

Responsible for the management of all territory activities in consultation with the Sales Manager, you will have the opportunity to develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to bring value to customers and patients. You will also strategically identify and develop emerging Key Opinion Leaders within the relevant therapeutic area.
  
You will be energetic and solutions-focussed with a proven ability to proactively seek innovative ways to add value to key customers. You will also demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, together with a high level of analytical, networking and territory management skills. A team player with exceptional drive, ambition and motivation, coupled with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a large team is a must.
  
Key criteria include: 
  • Pharmaceutical sales or healthcare sales experience, preferably at hospital/specialist or hybrid level 
  • Previous experience in the urological therapeutic area will be highly regarded.
  • Ability to understand and interpret clinical papers and utilise them in an effective sales call
  • Strong business acumen
  • Ability to work autonomously, and contribute positively to a team
  • Tertiary qualifications in Pharmacy, Health Science, Nursing
