IT Recruitment Consultant

We are winning and growing our business and we are looking for an enthusiastic IT Recruiter to join the crew!! You will join a supportive team to work on a wide variety of IT roles spread across different locations in Australia. We are 100% remote so you can be based anywhere in Australia and we will make this work.

The Ideal Candidate should have

• A strong and proven track record in IT recruitment delivery, networking, and a passionate desire to grow within the fast-paced agency environment
• Appetite to grow your network across skills and locations in Australia
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Understanding of broader IT skills and ability to perform a short technical assessment
• Enjoy a high volume, high-pressure recruitment environment in the right spirit
• A winning mentality
• The ability to overcome the objection and be persistent in working towards the common goal of the team
