A fast-growing, AI-powered SaaS company is looking for a Senior Account Manager – Customer Growth & Success to lead post-sale relationships and unlock new opportunities across high-value clients. You’ll work at the intersection of customer satisfaction and revenue expansion, ensuring every account is nurtured, retained, and ready to grow.
What You’ll Do
Own the client lifecycle post-sale—from onboarding through renewals and upsell
Build trusted relationships across a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise clients
Deeply understand each client’s goals, workflows, and adoption path
Proactively identify growth opportunities and collaborate with sales to close them
Conduct regular success reviews, planning calls, and product feedback loops
Monitor account health and intervene early to reduce churn risk
Maintain detailed account records and activity tracking in CRM platforms
What You Bring
3–5+ years in account management, customer success, or B2B partnerships
Proven ability to grow accounts and lead conversations that drive impact
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable navigating SaaS platforms and customer feedback tools
Organized, goal-driven, and eager to collaborate across remote teams
Bonus: Experience with tools like HubSpot, Airtable, or Slack, and a background in SaaS or AI products.
