Director of Business Development for Healthcare Revenue Group
Location: Remote, full time
Compensation: $100,000+ total compensation including bonus incentives ($60,000-$75,000 base salary) annually

Healthcare Revenue Group (HRG) is a growth-oriented, Kansas City-based revenue cycle management company specializing in medical claims billing, contracting and credentialing, and accounting services. Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Director of Business Development to spearhead our outbound marketing efforts and client acquisition initiatives. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our content writer, online marketing director, and graphic designer to launch targeted email and mail campaigns. You will conduct discovery calls with prospective clients, guide them through the process of becoming valued partners, manage contracting, and assist with onboarding. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in aligning our department leadership with client needs and obtaining competitive rate quotes for prospects.
