We are currently looking for a German Speaking Customer Support Representative for the Dating & Social Networking Apps Department. Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support to German-speaking users of dating and social networking apps through phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding account management, app features, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Effectively resolve user complaints and ensure a positive experience for all app users.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and ensure timely follow-up on all escalated issues.
  • Collaborate with product and technical teams to address user feedback and improve app functionality.
  • Educate users about best practices for online dating and networking safety.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to support continuous improvement of applications and services.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly within the technology or social networking sector.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to understand and explain technical concepts clearly to users.
  • Proficient in using customer support tools and standard office software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
