Job Description
We are looking for experienced Cold Callers to help our real estate clients with calling warm leads and re-engaging prospective clients to set appointments for property viewings.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and generate leads. This can involve making cold calls to individuals or businesses, as well as reaching out through other communication channels like email or social media.
  • Maintain and update a comprehensive database of potential clients and leads. Accurate record-keeping is crucial for follow-ups and future reference.
  • Stay informed about the US real estate market, including current trends, property values, and upcoming developments. This knowledge helps in engaging potential clients effectively.
  • Determine if the lead has a genuine interest in buying or selling real estate. This includes asking questions to gauge their motivation, timeline, and specific needs.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments to meet with real estate agents or professionals. Ensure that these appointments are well-documented and communicated.
  • Regularly follow up with leads who are not yet ready to proceed.
Requirements
  • College educated
  • Candidates must provide either an NBI Clearance or Police Clearance (preferred) upon hiring
  • Must be comfortable with using Hubstaff, a time-tracking application
  • At least years of experience in an ISA, sales, or appointment-setting role
  • Real estate experience is a huge plus
  • Social media or digital marketing experience is a plus
  • Professional-level English (written and verbal/voice)
  • Proficiency in using dialer software, such as DialPad, RingCentral, and Mojo Dialer
  • Experience using any Customer Relationship Management software, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
  • Computer or laptop with access to the internet (minimum speed of 25 Mbps)
Compensation and Benefits
  • Up to PHP 42,500 a month (Based on experience)
