Job Description
We are looking for experienced Cold Callers to help our real estate clients with calling warm leads and re-engaging prospective clients to set appointments for property viewings.
Responsibilities
Identify and generate leads. This can involve making cold calls to individuals or businesses, as well as reaching out through other communication channels like email or social media.
Maintain and update a comprehensive database of potential clients and leads. Accurate record-keeping is crucial for follow-ups and future reference.
Stay informed about the US real estate market, including current trends, property values, and upcoming developments. This knowledge helps in engaging potential clients effectively.
Determine if the lead has a genuine interest in buying or selling real estate. This includes asking questions to gauge their motivation, timeline, and specific needs.
Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments to meet with real estate agents or professionals. Ensure that these appointments are well-documented and communicated.
Regularly follow up with leads who are not yet ready to proceed.
Requirements
College educated
Candidates must provide either an NBI Clearance or Police Clearance (preferred) upon hiring
Must be comfortable with using Hubstaff, a time-tracking application
At least years of experience in an ISA, sales, or appointment-setting role
Real estate experience is a huge plus
Social media or digital marketing experience is a plus
Professional-level English (written and verbal/voice)
Proficiency in using dialer software, such as DialPad, RingCentral, and Mojo Dialer
Experience using any Customer Relationship Management software, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
Computer or laptop with access to the internet (minimum speed of 25 Mbps)
Compensation and Benefits
Up to PHP 42,500 a month (Based on experience)
