Twingate is hiring Sales Development Representatives to help bridge our sales and marketing efforts with lead generation. In this role, you will work closely with sales and marketing to extend our global reach through expert discovery and exploration of untapped business opportunities and relationships. Leads will be generated primarily through an outbound motion with the addition of inbound lead qualification. Our ideal candidate will be trusted to dive right in, take the lead, use initiative, and help drive revenue through demo booking. This person will join and work closely with our established team of like-minded go-getters to achieve our company vision.
Responsibilities Phone and web-based prospecting with pre-defined verticals and titles to identify and generate qualified leadsIdentify the prospect’s needs and challenges as directly related to Twingates offeringsDevelop engaging strategies to open the door to new business opportunitiesMaintain up-to-date records for prospects, accounts, contacts insights and new opportunitiesAssist the marketing team in identifying and executing business priorities to achieve sales goalResponsibilities include cold-prospecting, developing, and nurturing lead opportunities both outbound and inboundWork with broader sales org to collaborate on outreach strategiesMeet monthly, quarterly, and annual engagement goals, as defined in annual planResponsible for adding net new pipeline to our sales funnelQualificationsYou have some experience in sales, preferably in SaaS, cybersecurity, or ITPreferred experience with booking demos using outbound prospecting methods like cold calling, cold emailing, and utilizing Linkedin Self-starter who has the drive, energy, and passion to look for new business opportunitiesStrong verbal and written communication capabilities - having the ability to tell the story of a product, while comprehending the needs of prospectsCoachable and willing to receive and give feedbackHave excellent time management skills and are able to project accordingly Experience with the following tools: Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo, G-Suite, and Linkedin Sales NavigatorNice to havesYou thrive in rapidly growing environmentsYou understand how to take a multi-layered approach to prospectingYou seek out new challenges and opportunitiesYou have a passion for connecting people to effective solutionsYou have some sales experienceTwingate embraces diversity.
