JOB SUMMARY
The position will support the marketing and communications programs for member prospects and existing Medicaid members. Assist in developing strategies to promote the HealthChoice Illinois Medicaid program. Implement multi-channel automated campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Collaborate with a variety of internal and external teams to implement campaigns while achieving desired results against measurable goals and ROIs. Work with department leaders to determine market-specific needs to implement a tailored program that brings in new members and retains existing members.

3+ years of Marketing experience
1-year Content Creation
1+ years Omni-channel marketing experience with focus on digital and email marketing
1 year of working with Medicaid healthcare
1+ years of salesforce marketing cloud
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
