Job Description

As our Assistant Marketing Manager, you'll help drive the success of our events through creative marketing strategies and data-driven decisions. You'll work with various teams to deliver compelling campaigns that attract the right audience to our events.

What You'll Do : 

  • Build and maintain clean, accurate marketing databases
  • Analyze market research and create clear, insightful reports from different data sources
  • Plan and execute complete marketing campaigns for our events
  • Be familiar with digital marketing esp. in areas of SEO, SEM, Google AdWords and Google Display Network strategies.
  • Manage websites and e-newsletters, using analytics to improve campaign performance
  • Work with Operations and Data Management teams on visitor registration systems
  • Conceptualise, design, provide copy and supervise production of marketing collaterals (both on and offline) for events.
  • Build relationships with trade media and industry associations
  • Plan promotional trips to attract more buyers and develop partnerships
  • Design and run onsite programs like knowledge theaters and tech tours
  • Supervise survey teams to capture quality insights and visitor feedback
  • Manage social media presence on platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communications or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for the position. Experience in exhibitions will be an advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities
  • Self-motivation and ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
