Job Description

The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing clients, meeting their needs, expanding business volumes, providing consultations, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

What will your role be:

  1. Build and maintain strong and long-term relationships with existing business clients.
  2. Take full responsibility for managing the assigned client portfolio and ensure the highest quality of customer service.
  3. Oversee the contract renewal process, leading negotiations with company executives and trade credit insurance brokers.
  4. Provide expert consultations to clients on trade credit insurance and risk management matters.
  5. Maintain a high level of client satisfaction by ensuring comprehensive fulfillment of client needs.

Qualifications
  • Motivated and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Focus on delivering high-quality customer experiences.
  • Previous experience in sales and/or customer service.
  • At least 1 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience working in financial institutions, banks, insurance, or credit collection is desirable.
  • Knowledge of Credit Insurance is a big advantage.
  • Professional Lithuanian and English level (both spoken and written) is essential..
  • Previous experience in a multicultural or international matrix organization is desirable.
