We work with some of the most trusted global software vendors and are committed to delivering high-quality service and support to our partners and customers.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Philippines-based Account Manager to support and manage our Reseller network. This role is ideal for someone with experience in software sales and licensing, who enjoys working in a partner-focused environment and can confidently deliver virtual presentations to groups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboard new Resellers and support ongoing relationship management
  • Prepare quotations and approve orders as part of pipeline management
  • Facilitate virtual product and process training sessions
  • Handle trial requests and follow-up support for Resellers
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly business reports
  • Maintain accurate and updated CRM records
  • Coordinate and send out partner communications
  • Provide day-to-day support to the Technical Account Management team

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management, customer success, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Proven experience in Software Sales and Licensing
  • Knowledge of SaaS and subscription-based solutions (e.g., Jira, Microsoft, Oracle, Adobe)
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, especially in virtual settings
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
  • Familiarity with a Channel Sales Ecosystem is a plus
