As a Sales Development Representative at KMC Teams within the Business Development department, your primary role will be to drive the company's outreach and lead generation efforts. Qualify incoming leads, scheduling meetings to advance them through the sales pipeline.
Conduct initial warm-up calls to assess the potential fit and establish rapport with prospects globally.
Design and execute targeted outreach campaigns to engage key audiences effectively.
Create compelling and clear messaging for various campaign communications.
Leverage and manage automated lead generation tools like Dripify, Apollo, and Sales Navigator, with comprehensive training provided.
Maintain and organize the sales pipeline efficiently, ensuring all leads are accurately tracked and managed.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition and alignment of qualified leads.
Analyze the performance of campaigns and contribute insights towards their optimization.
Professionally represent KMC Teams in all external interactions, ensuring a positive company image.
