Responsibilities:

Crafting and executing marketing and communication strategies tailored to the brand's target audience.
Ensuring consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all communication platforms.
Collaborating with product and sales teams to effectively communicate product benefits and features that address customer needs.
Generating informative and engaging content related to skincare products, skincare routines, and current beauty trends.
Planning and organizing content distribution through a content calendar.
Creating and distributing press releases announcing new products, promotions, and company events.
Monitoring beauty and skin health news and evaluating the success of PR initiatives.
Executing and managing digital advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google Ads.
Partnering with beauty and health industry stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
Conducting market research, analyzing consumer behavior, and monitoring competitor activities.
Evaluating the performance of marketing and communication campaigns and recommending improvements.
Gathering customer feedback to refine and enhance marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a relevant field like marketing, journalism, or mass communication.
2-5 years of experience in marketing or corporate communications, ideally within the skincare or beauty industry.
Excellent writing and communication skills are essential.
Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and online advertising tools.
Experience with influencers, KOLs, or e-commerce platforms like Shopee/Lazada is preferred.
Creative, understand beauty trends, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
