Fiverr is looking for a Customer Success Manager to support the onboarding, engagement, and ongoing satisfaction of Fiverr’s customers. This is an entry-level role that’s perfect for someone with 1 year of experience in a customer-facing position who’s eager to grow their career in tech and the freelance economy.
The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented team player with strong communication skills and a passion for helping others succeed. You’ll work closely with experienced Customer Success Managers to build strong relationships, assist with account retention, and ensure a smooth, high-quality experience for our users.
