Work Set Up: Work From Home

Schedule: 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM PH Time

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga

Quick Rundown:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to prospective clients in the German-speaking market, effectively communicating our value proposition, and scheduling qualified appointments for our sales team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients in the German-speaking market

  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services

  • Set up appointments and meetings for the sales team with qualified leads

  • Manage and organize the appointment calendar efficiently

  • Conduct thorough research to understand the needs and requirements of potential clients

  • Qualify leads based on established criteria before scheduling appointments

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions in the CRM system

  • Continuously update the database with relevant information

  • Work closely with the sales team to align strategies and goals

  • Provide feedback on market trends and client preferences
