The company is seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead post-sale client relationships, drive success outcomes, and support expansion across key accounts.   • Manage the full post-sale client lifecycle—from onboarding through renewal and expansion

  • Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of high-value accounts

  • Develop a strong understanding of client goals, workflows, and product usage

  • Monitor account health and proactively address churn risks and growth opportunities

  • Conduct regular check-ins, strategic reviews, and planning sessions with clients

  • Partner with product and engineering teams to surface insights and advocate for customer needs

  • Support upsell and cross-sell efforts by identifying aligned growth opportunities

  • Maintain accurate records and activity tracking in CRM and internal systems

  • 3–5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or strategic client partnerships

  • Proven success managing complex B2B relationships with multiple stakeholders

  • Strong communication and presentation skills; capable of leading client conversations with confidence

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment

  • Commercial mindset with the ability to spot expansion opportunities

  • Experience working with SaaS, AI, or automation products preferred

  • Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Airtable, Slack, and modern CRM platforms
