The company is seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead post-sale client relationships, drive success outcomes, and support expansion across key accounts. This role is ideal for a strategic and customer-focused professional who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and is motivated by helping clients extract maximum value from modern AI solutions.
Manage the full post-sale client lifecycle—from onboarding through renewal and expansion
Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of high-value accounts
Develop a strong understanding of client goals, workflows, and product usage
Monitor account health and proactively address churn risks and growth opportunities
Conduct regular check-ins, strategic reviews, and planning sessions with clients
Partner with product and engineering teams to surface insights and advocate for customer needs
Support upsell and cross-sell efforts by identifying aligned growth opportunities
Maintain accurate records and activity tracking in CRM and internal systems
3–5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or strategic client partnerships
Proven success managing complex B2B relationships with multiple stakeholders
Strong communication and presentation skills; capable of leading client conversations with confidence
Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
Commercial mindset with the ability to spot expansion opportunities
Experience working with SaaS, AI, or automation products preferred
Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Airtable, Slack, and modern CRM platforms
Ability to work independently while collaborating across remote teams
