Our Investment Management software helps companies raise and preserve more capital by automating their back-office operations, increasing their investors' satisfaction, and providing them with advanced tools for better marketing efforts.

What are we looking for

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with our clients to understand their needs and ensure their success
  • Empower customers to connect their goals and challenges
  • Take ownership of new accounts and manage their onboarding, teaching them how to use the platform, and technology.
  • Build, own, and execute client success and engagement plans
  • Spearhead internal cross-functional improvement projects
  • Represent voice of the customer and influence product development roadmap
  • Be the main point of contact for your clients inquiries
  • Get on calls with clients according to their subscription and needs (weekly, monthly, bi-monthly)
  • Maintain a high level of product proficiency to guide clients on the best uses of our product. Fully understand the features and limitations of Agora’s array of products and provide innovative and creative solutions even when clients haven’t asked for them.

Requirements

  • At least two (2) years of experience in B2B SaaS as a customer success Manager
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with executives
  • Willingness to work flexible hours a few times a week (to overlap with IL and US Market)
  • Proficient at building online onboarding & ongoing process
  • Being part of a small team in a newly launched market, you will also support our local sales team with prospect outreach and lead generation
  • Ability to take initiative and adapt
  • Positive attitude, empathy, and high energy
  • Hybrid work environment (3 days in office, 2 days at home)
  • Experience working with international clients is a plus
  • Real Estate experience is a bonus
