This is a remote position.
We are seeking a highly organized, AI-literate Virtual Assistant to help execute and maintain a scalable digital business model aiming for $10K/day in revenue. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creator-led environment where content, funnels, and automation are the levers of growth.
You’ll work behind the scenes to ensure that content is published, leads are captured, automations are functioning, and systems are running smoothly—all while collaborating with AI tools and SOP-driven workflows.
Content & Publishing Support
Assist in repurposing longform content into shortform using tools like Opus Clip
Schedule content via Buffer, Make, and Airtable
Manage blog/email cadence (Substack, Beehiiv)
Funnel & Lead Management
Help build and maintain landing pages and automated lead gen funnels (GoHighLevel, Notion)
Monitor form responses, email subscribers, and product conversions
Tag, track, and manage leads in CRM systems
Engagement & Outreach
Operate Comment Bots across LinkedIn, IG, and TikTok to drive engagement
Conduct high-leverage outreach and DM workflows when needed
AI & Automation Support
Coordinate daily tasks through AI assistants (ChatGPT, Claude)
Execute SOPs for weekly tasks via Airtable
Ensure automations for email, posts, and sales funnels are running efficiently
Performance Tracking
Help track weekly metrics: content output, lead capture, conversion rates, and sales
Generate a weekly performance dashboard for review
Content & Video: Opus Clip, Descript, Riverside
AI Assistants: ChatGPT, Claude
Scheduling & Automation: Buffer, Make, Airtable
Funnels & CRM: GoHighLevel, Notion
Email & Blog: Substack, Beehiiv
Engagement: Comment Bots, Meta/YouTube Ads
Tech-savvy and confident working with AI tools and automations
Solid understanding of content marketing and digital funnels
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Proactive, independent, and highly organized
Experience supporting digital creators or solopreneurs is a plus
3 longform + 25 shortform content pieces published weekly
20–50 new leads captured daily
5–10 digital product sales/day
Funnel + automation uptime: 100%
Weekly performance dashboard completed every Monday
