The Role:
We are a leading importer and distributor of a range of niche tech hardware products into A/NZ and the Asia Pac region. We are seeking a proactive and organised individual to manage day-to-day office administration and bookkeeping tasks. Reporting directly to the Directors, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys a varied workload and can work both independently and collaboratively.
Key Responsibilities:
General office administration including filing, ordering supplies, and coordinating correspondence
Data entry, document management, and record keeping
Accounts payable and receivable
Bank and account reconciliations - company operates across Asia Pac Region and so you'll be dealing in multiple currencies
Payroll processing and superannuation
BAS preparation and lodgment assistance
Inwards and outwards freight management
Liaising with suppliers, clients, and external accountants
Maintaining a tidy and efficient office environment
Provide support as needed to customer service & tech support teams
Requirements
About You:
Proven experience in office administration and bookkeeping (Pronto Xi experience an advantage)
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Understanding of Australian accounting and payroll practices
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is an advantage but not essential
