SaaS Customer Success Architect - F5 Distributed Cloud Platform

We're looking for a SaaS Customer Success Architect (CSA) who will specialize in helping customers
adopt and maximize the value of the F5 Distributed Cloud Platform. This role is at the heart of our customer-centric mission and offers a unique opportunity to shape the success of modern digital experiences for enterprise organizations.
About the Role
As a CSA for the Distributed Cloud Platform, you will act as a trusted technical advisor, guiding customers through the successful deployment, adoption, and expansion of F5’s cloud-native solutions. You'll partner closely with product, engineering, support, and account teams to ensure customers achieve their desired outcomes while accelerating time-to-value and reducing operational complexity.

The annual base pay for this position is: $174,724.00 - $262,086.00F5 maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, geographic locations, and market conditions, as well as to reflect F5’s differing products, industries, and lines of business. The pay range referenced is as of the time of the job posting and is subject to change.
