Job description

This is a remote position.

We're looking for a motivated and professional Appointment Setter to join our remote team. In this role, you'll be reaching out to potential clients, introducing our offerings, and scheduling qualified appointments for our sales team. We're seeking someone with strong communication skills, prior experience in outbound calling or lead generation, and the ability to work independently. If you're tech-savvy, comfortable using VOIP and CRM tools, and ideally familiar with hemp products, we’d love to hear from you!"


Job Highlights:
  • Contract type: Independent Contractor
  • Scope: Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm Central
  • Use of company-provided calling scripts and processes
  • Utilization of client-provided VOIP software and tools


Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients using provided contact lists
  • Schedule qualified appointments with prospects
  • Maintain accurate records of all communications
  • Track and report on calling activities and success metrics
  • Update and manage contact database

Requirements
  • Previous experience as an appointment setter or cold caller
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Professional phone manner and presentation
  • Experience with lead generation and sales processes
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
  • Experience with VOIP software and CRM systems
  • Prior knowledge of hemp products
