We’re looking for a Senior Strategic Partner Manager in London to drive success in our EMEA agency partnerships team. In this role, you’ll own relationships with top ecommerce agencies - building joint go-to-market strategies, driving co-marketing and co-selling initiatives, and creating long-term value for partners and merchants.
This is a revenue-focused position requiring a strategic mindset, strong relationship-building skills, and a hands-on approach. You'll attend events, network with partners, and shape scalable business development initiatives. With solid foundations in place, this is a pivotal hire as the EMEA partnerships team enters a new phase of investment and growth.
Drive revenue and ARR growth through strategic agency relationships.
Own and scale Gorgias’ agency ecosystem in EMEA - Shopify’s fastest-growing market.
Build and execute joint GTM strategies that align with mutual success goals.
Represent Gorgias at events, dinners, and in-person partner meetings to build deeper relationships.
Work with our enablement team to develop and refine partner enablement resources and engagement processes.
Collaborate closely with Account Managers, AEs, and sales leadership to influence pipeline and close deals.
Identify regional growth opportunities and ensure partner alignment from onboarding through activation.
3+ years in partnerships, business development, or external-facing SaaS roles (sales, customer success, etc.).
Deep familiarity with the e-commerce agency ecosystem, particularly within Shopify.
Proven track record of generating revenue through partnerships and joint GTM initiatives.
Highly organized and data-driven, with the ability to work independently in a high-growth environment.
Strong ownership mentality - you take initiative and thrive in dynamic teams.
Proficient in tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Crossbeam, and PartnerStack.
Open to 25–30% travel for in-person engagements and industry events across EMEA.
Based in London or the wider UK.
