About the Role
We are looking for a Partner Development Manager to drive and expand our partner network, fostering relationships that accelerate our growth. This role sits at the intersection of business development, sales, and strategic partnerships, focusing on building strong relationships with ecosystem partners to expand Taxually’s market presence with a specific focus on SaaS and Digital Goods merchants.
The ideal candidate has experience in partner development, a strong understanding of indirect tax (e.g., VAT, GST, sales tax), and a proven track record of working cross-functionally to drive revenue growth through partnerships.
Key Responsibilities

Thought Leadership: Represent Taxually in industry forums, partner events, and webinars to strengthen our brand and market positioning.

Partner Acquisition & Development: Identify, engage, and onboard new partners.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners to ensure mutual success and growth.

Sales Enablement: Work closely with partners to educate them on Taxually’s solutions, equipping them with the necessary tools and knowledge to drive customer referrals.

Revenue Growth: Drive lead generation through partner channels, supporting sales efforts to increase customer acquisition.

Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop joint go-to-market strategies with partners, including co-marketing initiatives and strategic campaigns.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, customer success, and marketing teams to align partnership efforts with overall business objectives.

Performance Optimization: Track key performance metrics, monitor partner performance, and optimize strategies to maximize growth and revenue.
Qualifications & Experience

Experience in partner development, business development, or strategic alliances, preferably in fintech, SaaS, Digital goods or tax technology.
- Strong understanding of indirect tax compliance (VAT, GST, sales tax) and the role of technology in automating tax processes.
- Experience working with SaaS & Digital goods
- Proven ability to drive partnerships from negotiation to execution and ongoing management.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and a passion for building strategic relationships.
