Responsibilities

Senior level role involved with developing and maintaining strong business relationships with Managed Care, payors, and external vendors with a goal to achieve long term growth and benefit for the organization and stakeholders. Works with executive leadership across entities to manage partnerships, grow and improve strategic initiatives, strengthen performance metrics and support initiatives. Pursues new opportunities for growth and development.

  • Engages with senior leadership at internal and external entities to resolve issues and improve communication.
  • Lead and manage a highly productive team with cross functional responsibilities.
  • Collaborates with internal entities (R1, Transformation team, AMG etc.) to address issues that may be impacting the organization.
  • Create and develop target growth plans and maintain diligence on tracking, goals and obstacles communicated from internal and external stakeholders to advance organizational growth targets.

Education

  • High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
