The Role
You’ll lead and develop the customer success function, ensuring clients maximise the impact of the platform. As a trusted advisor, you’ll help enterprise customers integrate carbon reduction strategies into their business operations while working cross-functionally to enhance the product and user experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and Scale: Build a high-performing customer success team, set strategies for engagement, and drive adoption of the platform.
