Job description

  • Suporte de demandas dos clientes através de e-mail e outros canais; 
  • Entendimento do status da demanda, transposição ao software e vice versa;
  • Garantir a organização do projeto;
  • Auxiliar o cs através do estudo do negócio do cliente e entendimento das demandas em Marketing Digital;
  • Auxiliar na mobilização dos times da Surfe necessários para o projeto;
  • Auxiliar no acompanhamento dos resultados e metas setadas para o cliente;
  • Auxiliar na revisão de relatórios mensais de resultados;
