We are looking for a data-savvy and B2B SaaS-oriented customer success manager to join us and enable organisations to get the most from new technology to understand people’s opinions and build more responsive societies.

You’ll be our Data Customer Success Manager and will deliver enterprise professional services to help our clients get the most out of Citibeats. You’ll work with clients end-to-end, from helping them set-up their project in the optimal way for success, through training and evangelizing about AI and text analytics, through to engaging stakeholders in their organization in the use of the data. 

The role is ideal for someone who enjoys learning about different topics through the lens of data, and loves working with clients in a fast-paced B2B SaaS context. You’ll be responsible for these client relationships and will have a clear area of autonomy, while being part of the Professional Services team of Project Managers and Social Data Analysts. You’ll also work closely with our Product team (for delivery) and Business Development teams (for relationships). 

Your day-to-day:

  • Setting-up AI projects - understanding client needs, and framing this as a data analytics project that the client or our partners can implement
  • Client partnering - managing client relationships and project management of custom services
  • Steering data analyses of the client, partner or internal professional services in the optimal way  based on your expertise you’ll gain on applying Citibeats
  • Be the hub collaborating closely with Product and Tech to ensure emerging user needs are met with new developments
  • Continuous improvement - developing tools and processes as part of the team to deliver maximum value, efficiently 


Skills:

Essential

  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Experience owning client relationships
  • Clients love working with you, and you with them
  • Experience working with SaaS and/or B2B products
  • Comfortable being a ‘player-coach’ - you enjoy creating customer value yourself, as well as coaching them to become enabled themselves. 


Nice to have:

  • Experience with data analytics products
  • Interest in social understanding, AI and/or social good

Economic conditions:

  • Full-time position based in Barcelona. 
  • 6 months trial period + permanent contract.
