Customer Success & Operations Coordinator
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Customer Support via Email
  • Respond to customer inquiries with clarity and empathy
  • Troubleshoot user issues and guide them toward resolution
  • Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction and engagement
  • Technical Coordination via Discord
  • Serve as a liaison between the support and technical teams
  • Track and communicate user-reported bugs, feedback, and feature requests
  • Facilitate team discussions, meetings, and hand-offs through Discord
  • Process Improvement & Documentation
  • Create and maintain SOPs, workflows, and internal guides
  • Identify gaps in existing processes and suggest improvements
  • Ensure updates are communicated to relevant stakeholders
  • Leadership & Team Collaboration (Preferred)
  • Lead initiatives or small teams to improve operational efficiency
  • Mentor new team members and share best practices
  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven environment
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills
  • Experience in customer service or helpdesk environments
  • Familiarity with Discord and other collaboration tools
  • Ability to create and update internal documentation
  • Proven track record of cross-functional coordination
  • Leadership experience is a bonus but not required
