Key responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment processes and client relationships.
  • Source and place candidates in suitable roles.
  • Maintain communication with clients and candidates to ensure satisfaction.
  • Work independently with flexibility, reporting to the Managing Director.

ACRUX Search provides HR and recruitment consultancy services to Perth based businesses.  We offer the chance for expert recruiters in their market to really earn what they are worth without all the challenges that come with going out on your own.  We offer 65% commission (only) on perm placements and provide other incentives for other revenue brought into the business.  This comes with total flexibility, you can work from anywhere, ACRUX search provides, business systems, recruitment software etc.



Requirements
  • Demonstrated recruitment experience ideally an expert in a niche perm market.
  • Computer literacy (minimum scores of intermediate Excel and intermediate Word)
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Team player
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong time management and self-motivating / self-organising
  • B2B Sales experience
