ICAP OUTSOURCING SOLUTIONS is a leading B2B services provider in Greece with more than 25 years of successful operation. Our services span four major categories: Outsourcing and HR services, Customer Service and Product Promotion via telephone and alternative communication channels, Consulting Services for Selection, Training and Development of Human Resources and B2B Claims Information and Management Services.

We are currently seeking a dedicated Recruitment Consultant to join our Employment Solutions Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent to meet our clients’ needs.

  • Employment Type: Full-time
  • Workplace Type: Hybrid (2 days work from home - 3 days on-site)
  • Job Location: Kallithea, Attiki, Greece

Requirements

  • Recruit candidates and build a talent pipeline through various channels, including social networking, online job boards, community involvement, professional networking and local media resources
  • Interview and assess candidates’ qualifications in accordance with policy standards
  • Establish and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Present qualified candidates to clients, arrange interviews, and ensure candidates are fully briefed on interview details
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, as well as customer requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in recruitment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or HR
  • Fluent in both written and verbal English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to manage, prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments without compromising quality or service
