Recruitment Specialist for HR Services (German Speaking)

In April 2021, Bosch proudly established its first regional HR Service Hub in Vecsés, serving the Central Eastern European (CEE) region. Our mission is to provide top-tier HR services that support and enhance our operations across this dynamic and diverse region.

Join our HR Services Hub in Vecsés and help to attract the best candidates for our locations in Germany. If you are fluent in both German and English and you are creative, well-structured and detail-oriented, we want to hear from you!

Your tasks will be:

• Maintenance of recruitment-related systems and tools

• Creation and publication of job advertisements

• Scheduling of interviews and contracting dialogues

• Managing rejections and candidate communication to ensure a smooth and positive experience

• Processing of incoming requests via the Shared Service Framework (SSF)

• Coordination of internal transfers

• Support in relocation processes for new employees

• Background: University degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Humanities Studies or related areas
   
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in HR Services, Administration or comparable support areas
   
• Personality: Open-minded, self-organized, proactive, advanced stakeholder management skills
   
• Languages: Fluent German (C1) and English (B2) language skills
