Large Format Senior Financial Analyst

Description -

What will your role be?

This is a high-impact regional role supporting the EMEA Markets for the Large Format (LF) business, with a focus on the Hardware and Supplies categories. The position offers full P&L ownership, encompassing forecasting, financial analysis, performance tracking, and strategic support to drive profitable growth.

As the primary finance partner for the Category and Sales teams, you will be the go-to expert for financial insights across multiple aspects of the LF Pro business. Your responsibilities will span from revenue and margin analysis to portfolio mix optimization, pricing strategy, OPEX management, and investment prioritization.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and yearly forecast cycles, delivering accurate and insightful financial projections.
  • Lead the regional Quota setting process.
  • Provide clear narratives and commentary on business performance, risks, and opportunities.
  • Partner closely with Sales and Category leadership to support strategic initiatives and decision-making.
  • Analyze product mix, pricing trends, channel dynamics, and market performance to guide business priorities.
  • Drive initiatives to optimize the cost structure and improve profitability across cost and pricing components.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and support revenue recognition, accruals, and close processes.

This is a highly visible role with strong exposure to senior EMEA leadership, offering a unique opportunity to influence business outcomes and shape the financial direction of the Hardware and Supplies categories.

What will your day consist of?

  • You will provide consultancy and challenge business leaders to influence impactful decisions
  • You will design financial analysis to drive business actions for breakthrough outcomes
  • You will identify and dive into key business trends to propose innovative methods to meet objectives
  • You will forecast financial results and track actuals
  • You will tease scenarios on key learnings and apply them forward to minimize gaps in results
  • You will lead and/or participate in business enhancement projects across geographies
