We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to gain hands-on experience in corporate finance, strategic analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll support critical processes such as budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and investment evaluation that help drive business performance.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Assist in financial analysis activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, to support decision-making and improve financial performance.

  • Support the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with company standards.

  • Assist in the evaluation of investment opportunities and business cases through data gathering, scenario modeling, and KPI tracking.

  • Help create and update financial models, tools, and dashboards to support planning and reporting efforts.

  • Act as a liaison between Finance and Accounting to ensure alignment on financial data, reporting accuracy, and key process workflows.

  • Assist with the cash forecasting process by gathering data and helping monitor cash flow to support accurate financial planning

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather key data, evaluate performance indicators, and contribute to strategic recommendations.

  • Help with any post-acquisition integration efforts by aligning financial reporting, tracking synergies, and monitoring performance.

Professional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret financial data, analyze trends, and draw meaningful insights.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders at all levels.

  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proactive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Knowledge of financial concepts, accounting principles, and financial statement analysis is preferred.

  • Familiarity with Sage Intacct or other ERPs is a plus.

  • Familiarity with Google Suite is a major plus.
