About the role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive Virtual Assistant to provide advanced, high-level support to our discerning overseas clients, primarily in the UK, Australia, or US markets. This role demands exceptional organizational abilities, advanced technical skills, and a proven track record of efficient and proactive support. A strong command of English, particularly with a UK accent, is crucial.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Calendar Management: Expertly manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, coordinating across multiple time zones, and proactively resolving conflicts.
  • Travel Arrangements: Handle end-to-end travel logistics, including air, rail, cab, and hotel bookings, ensuring seamless travel experiences for clients.
  • Expense Management: Efficiently process and book expenses for reimbursements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to guidelines.
  • Advanced Document Preparation: Create and refine high-impact presentations using advanced PowerPoint skills, ensuring visual appeal and clarity.
  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research, including P&L checking and other relevant data analysis, to provide valuable insights to clients.
  • Client Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact, maintaining clear, professional, and proactive communication with overseas clients.
  • Commendation & Efficiency: Continuously strive for excellence, aiming to receive commendations or high ratings for work efficiency from clients.
  • Hybrid Work Adaptation: Successfully transition between full-time Work From Office during the initial period and a hybrid model thereafter.

Skills & Qualification: 

  • Experience: 3-6 years of prior experience as a Virtual Assistant or Personal Assistant, specifically supporting UK, Australia, or US clients.
  • Communication: Excellent oral and written English communication skills are mandatory.
  • Accent Proficiency: Proficiency with a UK accent is required.
  • Technical Skills:

    • Advanced PowerPoint skills are essential.
    • Demonstrated market research skills (e.g., P&L checking).
    • Proficiency with relevant scheduling, travel booking, and expense management tools.
  • Client Feedback: Proven track record of receiving commendations or high ratings for work efficiency from overseas clients in previous roles.
  • Work Schedule: Willingness to work UK shifts (typically 1 PM - 10 PM IST).
  • Work Mode: Ability to commit to an initial 3-6 months of full-time Work From Office in Bangalore, followed by a hybrid work model.
  • Proactiveness & Problem-Solving: Highly proactive, capable of anticipating needs, and adept at problem-solving.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in all tasks, especially financial and scheduling.
