💼 About the Role: Sales Development Representative (SDR)
We’re looking for a self-motivated, energetic SDR with a proven track record in outbound calling and email prospecting. You’ll play a key role in connecting with potential customers, booking meetings, and working hand-in-hand with our Sales Execs to close deals.
What You’ll Be Doing:
📞 Make 400+ outbound calls weekly to prospects
📧 Send outreach emails and follow-ups
📅 Schedule meetings and demos for Sales Execs
💬 Respond to inbound leads and qualify interest
🤝 Act as a helpful resource and product expert
📈 Collaborate with the sales and marketing team on strategy
🎯 Hit and exceed performance goals
What You’ll Need:
✔️ 1+ year in a Sales Development or cold-calling role
✔️ Great communication—verbal, written, and persuasive
✔️ Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections
✔️ Extremely self-motivated and detail-oriented
✔️ Strong time management and multitasking skills
✔️ Tech savvy and eager to learn
🎓 Bachelor’s degree is a plus, but not required
💡 Experience in healthcare or EdTech is a bonus
📌 Job Details:
🕗 Mon–Fri, 8 AM – 5 PM CT (1-hour lunch)
📍 Fully Remote (Mexico & Latin America only)
