JOB SUMMARY:

ASTOUND is seeking a dynamic Vice President of Agency & Partner Development to lead strategic relationships with creative agencies, event production companies, and design studios. This executive role is focused on selling production services — including fabrication, AV, scenic, and installation — by becoming the trusted, go-to execution partner for firms that need scale, quality, and delivery excellence.

You’ll serve as the lead interface with partner firms, managing relationships, structuring MSAs, and teeing up projects for internal teams to execute. This role requires a combination of sales strategy, deep industry credibility, and operational fluency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and manage high-trust relationships with creative agencies, design firms, and event producers.
  • Negotiate and secure MSAs and long-term agreements that enable repeat project flow.
  • Lead partner outreach, represent ASTOUND at key industry events, and open new relationship doors.
  • Identify opportunities and coordinate scopes with internal estimating, production, and delivery teams.
  • Maintain active pipeline and deal tracking in Salesforce with accurate forecasting.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 10+ years in business development, strategic partnerships, or client leadership in experiential production or fabrication services.
  • Strong knowledge of agency and production firm operations.
  • Proven ability to close large production deals and build recurring client relationships.
  • Comfortable managing multiple partners, scopes, and deal cycles.
  • Strong communicator with executive presence and a service-first mentality.
