Global Payments Europe, a leading international company in payment card transactions, running ATM networks, payment terminals, and other payment card acceptance sources is opening a tender for:

We are seeking a talented developer to join our team. As our new colleague, you will play a crucial role in automating, enhancing and optimizing our business processes through the utilization of Omnitracker, a flexible high-end all-in-one software solution.

You will work closely with colleagues from the Product dept. (owner and analysts) as well as other more seasoned developers to ensure the software solutions are being built to meet our business needs.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop and implement customized solutions using Omnitracker to streamline business processes in the most efficient way.
  • Configure and optimize the Omnitracker application to meet specific business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and processes.
  • Diving deep enough into the processes to become an expert.
  • Understand the business domain of merchant onboarding and other business areas and systems, which merchant onboarding system is communicating with or cooperating with.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Omnitracker functionality.
  • Provide technical support to our application support team.

Skills, qualifications and knowledge:

  • Experience as an IT professional with a focus on development/programming (preferably object-oriented programming).
  • Familiarity with Omnitracker or similar all-in-one software solutions (e.g. ServiceNow, HCL Notes, formerly Lotus Notes then IBM Notes) is a big advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and methodologies.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
  • English and Czech or Slovak fluently
