Position Overview:

As a Contingency Recruiter, you will source, screen, and present qualified candidates to ReadySetHire clients on a commission-based (1099) arrangement with a guaranteed ramp period payment to support your onboarding. You will focus on candidate experience, speed, and quality to help ReadySetHire clients fill roles efficiently while earning competitive placement commissions for successful hires.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and ReadySetHire tools.
  • Screen candidates to assess fit with client requirements and role expectations.
  • Submit candidates using ReadySetHire’s process and systems.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates.
  • Maintain accurate tracking of candidate status and submissions.
  • Communicate professionally with clients and candidates under the ReadySetHire brand.
  • Support candidates and clients through the offer and onboarding process to ensure smooth placement.

Requirements:
  • Experience: 1+ year of recruiting, sales, or staffing experience preferred.
  • Comfortable working independently and managing your pipeline.
  • Highly developed communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to navigate job boards, LinkedIn, and sourcing tools effectively.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Access to reliable internet, phone, and computer.
  • Authorized to work in the United States and willing and able to provide services under a 1099 contractor arrangement.

Compensation:
  • Commission-based (1099 contractor).
  • Earn a split [e.g., 30%-70% split] of collected placement fees per successful hire, depending on candidate sourcing and agreement terms.
  • Paid within 30 days of client payment collection.
Ramp Guarantee:

To support your ramp-up and onboarding:
✅ We offer a 2-month ramp period with a $3,000 payment per month, paid as a draw against future earned commissions. Month 1 payment may be prorated based on actual contract start date. 
✅ This ensures income stability as you build your pipeline and learn our systems.
