Key responsibilities:

  • Support new hires and employees with PX policies and procedures.
  • Respond to Tier I & Tier II requests related to benefits and employee data.
  • Assist in onboarding processes and manage I-9 and Right to Work Checks.
  • Audit Workday data for accuracy and identify process improvement opportunities.

  • Provide general support to new hires and employees concerning PX policies, procedures, and processes via AskZoomPX

  • Receive and respond to Tier I & Tier II requests related to benefits, employee and data changes, contingent workers, Workday reporting, etc

  • This role will also appropriately route requests and work cross functionally with Payroll, Security, IT, Total Compensation, TA Operations, PXIT, and other support functions

  • Assist in managing onboarding of new Zoomies

  • Support I-9 for US and Right to Work Checks

  • Audit Workday data to ensure data integrity

  • Identify opportunities for efficiency and streamline existing PX business processes

  • Associate degree, preferably in Human Resources or Business Administration preferred or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience

  • 1-2 years of Onboarding, Human Resources, Talent Acquisition and Operations, or related fields within Human Resources

  • Familiarity with Workday and ServiceNow

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
