SUMMARY

Sell Adobe Digital Experience solutions for Data and Customer Journey management in French-speaking Switzerland.

Sales: The ideal candidate has expertise in enterprise SaaS software sales, from planning to progressing closing deals, collaborating with various team members to boost Adobe's regional business.

Value Proposition: A key aspect for your success in this role involves selling with a customer business value approach. This entails supporting customer vision development to meet their business objectives, matching use cases to solutions, and encouraging balanced, strategic partnerships between customer, implementation partners, and Adobe.

Innovations: As Product Specialist, you are responsible for quickly grasping the latest innovations and translating them into business opportunities to pursue. This includes keeping up to speed like no-one else and innovate with our customers.

Expertise: You will establish your network with our product leads to maintain your expertise and gain invaluable competence in exciting topics like GenAI and Agentic AI that are an integral part of our solutions.

What you’ll do
  • Generation, progression, and successful closing of opportunities for Adobe solutions related to customer data, profile, activation, and journey management in French-speaking Switzerland
  • Implement comprehensive account sales strategies
  • Coordinate and deliver customer workshops to present the value of Adobe's solutions
  • Develop and maintain positive customer relationships on C-level and functional levels
  • Collaborate effectively with peers and internal partners
  • Create and update sales activity plans, provision of timely and accurate sales forecasts, and contribution to account and territory planning
What you'll need to succeed

  • Proficiency in French and English language; any other European language is an asset
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise software solutions and SaaS sales, preferably in Analytics, Customer Data Platform, and Customer Journey Management

  • Excellent social skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
