The Job

Are you passionate about optimizing the customer journey and driving e-commerce growth? We are looking for a Customer Journey Specialist to take our webstores to the next level. In this role, you will be the key representative within the business, actively shaping strategies for innovation and expansion in the e-commerce space—working on the official webshops of Manchester City Football Club, the Aston Martin F1 Team, and the world’s leading motorsport merchandise store, Fuel For Fans.

Your Mission

  • Analyze and map out the customer journey to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.   
  • Develop detailed customer personas and journey maps to guide strategy.   
  • Collect and analyze customer data to understand behavior and preferences.   
  • Use insights to inform decisions and enhance the customer experience.   
  • Work closely with marketing, digital solutions, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.   
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to align customer journey strategies with product offerings.   
  • Implement strategies to personalize the customer experience based on data insights.   
  • Continuously test and optimize various touchpoints to improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction.   
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.   
  • Ensure that customer support processes are efficient and effective, addressing customer issues promptly.   
  • Develop and execute customer journey strategies that align with business goals.   
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of customer journey initiatives.   
  • Additionally, you will contribute to other relevant projects and initiatives that enhance the e-commerce experience. 

Your Talent

  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree  
  • Experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or customer experience optimization.  
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer data and trends.  
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams.  
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement. 
  • Fluency in English verbally and in writing; 
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and JavaScript is a plus, helping to bridge the gap between strategy and technical implementation 
  • A digital mindset, with a proactive approach to innovation and continuous improvement. 
     

This role is based in ‘s-Hertogenbosch, the Netherlands. Working remotely from other countries is not possible. 
 

To apply for this role, you must already have the legal right to work in the Netherlands. We will not apply for work or residence permits
