The Opportunity
The Team Lead, Organizational Development & Employee Engagement will drive organizational effectiveness by implementing strategic initiatives across talent management, change management, and employee engagement. This individual will partner with senior leaders and HR teams to address workforce challenges, develop leadership capabilities, and enhance employee experiences. Key responsibilities include designing and delivering employee & leadership development programs, optimizing organizational design, managing workforce transitions, embedding change management frameworks, and leveraging talent analytics to influence business outcomes. The role also supports the growth of Employee Resource Teams (ERTs), aligning their initiatives with diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategies to foster a collaborative and high-performing culture.

Salary Range: $135,000 - $160,000 (Bonus & LTI eligible)
How You Will Make an Impact
Organizational Effectiveness and Change Management:
Collaborate with senior leaders and HRBP Team to identify and address organizational challenges and opportunities ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Developing and implementing strategies that improve organizational effectiveness, enhance employee engagement, and support leadership & employee development.
Leading complex initiatives across organizational design, operating model design and implementation, workforce transitions, and change management.
Ability to adapt to changes and continuously improve processes based on learnings and feedback.
Define and implement change management frameworks and processes that guide the organization through periods of transformation.
Leadership Development and Employee Development Training:
Assess and address skill gaps within the organization and create learning opportunities to bridge these gaps.
Work closely with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and leaders to develop action plans and training based on survey results, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Design and deliver development programs for employees, people leaders, executive leaders and high potential individuals.
Provide coaching and mentoring to senior leaders and high potential employees across the organization, to create greater effectiveness and efficiency
Help business leaders develop career paths within their organizations, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
Provide coaching and mentoring to senior leaders and high-potential employees.
Leading existing programs and creating new solutions that will fit within the context of the organization’s current capabilities and programs.
Stakeholder Experience
Provide counsel on organizational design, culture development, and team effectiveness.
Able to assess various team cultures, and particularly the similarities and differences between them (values, beliefs, or behavior)
Ability to effectively influence others and move toward a common vision or goal; ability to engage early adopters and resisters
Promotes the adoption and embedding of new behaviors and mindsets by individuals and teams through a systems-thinking approach.
Talent Analytics and Strategy:
Assist with Aligning HR and organizational strategies with business objectives.
Start with data and external benchmarking to design plans, influence senior leaders and model data decision-making.
Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of talent strategies and make data-driven decisions
Ability to develop new and innovative solutions, challenging others to also translate creative ideas into concrete action-plans.
Develop and execute employee engagement strategies to foster a positive, inclusive and high performing culture dedicated to continuous learning and professional growth.
Performance Management
Support the design, implementation, and adoption of performance management systems that drive employee performance and development.
Ensure alignment of performance management practices with organizational goals.
Talent Management and Succession Planning (Internal Mobility):
Understand all phases of internal movement and develop recommendations and programs to encourage growth and retention.
Understand existing skills and organizational needs around upskilling and skill development. Collaborate with leaders to break down silos, increase workplace diversity and understand market trends that impact growth.
Develop and implement talent management and succession planning strategies to support the recruitment, development, and retention of top talent.
Collaborate with Leaders to create career development paths for employees.
Identifies solutions to barriers/risks/concerns to successful implementation along with COE partners as needed.
Support both internal content builds out as well as partnerships with external vendors.
ERTs and DEIs:
Partner with ERT leaders to develop impactful programs and initiatives that foster an inclusive workplace culture, enhance employee engagement, and support professional development.
Assist with the strategic growth and operational effectiveness of Employee Resource Teams (ERTs), ensuring alignment with the organization’s diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) goals and overall business strategy.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for cross-functional collaboration, leveraging ERT insights to inform organizational policies, talent development, and community engagement efforts.
What You Will Need to Succeed
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development or a related field preferred.
8+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources with a strong focus on organizational effectiveness, talent management, strategy, change management, and/or business partnership.
OR
10+ years of experience in areas such as talent management, selection and assessment, business partnership, strategy, change management, executive assessment, human resources technology, corporate training, instructional design, and digital learning.
5 years of direct or indirect leadership experience
Proficiency in HR software and talent management systems
Strong knowledge of talent management practices, including recruitment, leadership development, and performance management.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strategic thinker with a strong consulting background and a proven track record in managing high-impact projects, managing c-suite relationships, and driving growth.
Ability to influence and advise executives one-on-one or in a group setting.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in ambiguity, developing structured processes and influencing stakeholders to achieve alignment and execution.
Executive presence and organizational savvy are critical to success.
Experience with organizational effectiveness and change methodologies, including applying frameworks and best practices.
